Another good, or at least better, month for Omaha homes sales.

With the current pace of sales there is less than a five month supply of homes for sale. I haven't seen the supply this low since I start tracking it back in October, 2006. Does this mean that the buyer's market is over? Not by a long shot.
I think now that the weather has improved (finally) sellers will return the market, driving up the supply. Also many sellers have given up and are keeping their homes off of the market until things improve. Then at that time the market will experience another rush of sellers which will keep supply high.
