Surprise, Surprise ! North Fort Worth with Three Car Garage... 1970 Sq Ft... $133,900

By
Real Estate Agent with New Home Hunters of Fort Worth and Tarrant County

Surprise, surprise... Take a Peek !

Whether you are moving UP, or DOWNSIZING... this North Fort Worth is a rare find that is sure to please.  So, Surprise, Surprise !  Take a peek !

Three very nice-sized bedrooms... the master is 18 x 15.  The bedrooms are in a "split master" arrangement, so the owner's suite has great privacy.  The master bath suite has both a garden tub, and a separate stall shower... complete with it's own seat.  So... if you want to bring your umbrella into the shower, and then sit down and read a magazine while showering... this is the shower for you !

Also... the master closet has one of those "ceiling seasonal rods" which makes it easy to shift your winter clothes way up to the top... out of reach until winter sets in.

Bedrooms two and three are 12x11 and 11x11.  None of those skimpy 10x9 bedrooms here... so don't worry about the kids fighting over who gets stuck with the "dinky" bedroom.

The gourmet kitchen has an absolutely HUGE work/food prep island... complete with hard-surface counter top, and double stainless sink with upgrade faucet fixtures.  Forty-two inch hanging cabinets are great to store seldom-used stuff on the top shelf, and there's lots of room in the wide utility room/pantry for other things, too.

The dining room/breakfast area is 14x11... lots of room if you need it... but still gives space to stretch out if you don't.  Off the breakfast area is a 16x6 covered patio... great for barbeque all year long.

The family foom is 18 x 16... and has a great corner fireplace with ceramic tile facing and hearth.  There's also a wood mantle and wood surround... making the fireplace a great focal point for the whole kitchen/dining/family room area.

How Big ?  1970 sq ft.  How Much ?  $133,900.  This home is priced way, way below market... and will sell quickly.

If you are ready to move from the "just looking" stage to the "I need to get going and do something" stage... and you want to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit Uncle Sam and Aunt Samantha want to give you... it's time to call Karen Anne Stone at (817) 929-3400.

Dan:  Thanks for the kind words.  This, unfortunately, is a short sale.  It should be worth much more than this... but short sales these days happen much too often.  Thanks for your kind words.  Take care... and... Go Cavs !

Karen - Who could have imagined that price on quality construction, 1970 square feet, and a three car garage, in 2005. . .A totally amazing value.

Myrl:  This is priced under what it would cost to reproduce.  If it were built new... it would probably be priced in the 160's.  So yes, it is amazingly priced.  Tell me... what would it sell for in the Sacramento area ?  Just curious.  Thanks for commenting...

Gail:  Ok... we take off the brick, give it a nice New England'y sided look... and a little gingerbread.  So what would it sell for up in Black Rock?  Hope all is well with you and your folks.  Take care...

A "ceiling seasonal rod"? That's unique. I would not have thought that Fort Worth needs a lot of winter clothes.

Jim:  Oh yes... us girls here need a ceiling seasonal rod.  We have four seasons here.  Early Summer, Summer, Late Summer... and Fall/Winter/Spring.  It gets those "seasonal" clothes out of the way.

Svetlana:  I borrowed, with permission, that line from Margaret Woda up in Maryland.  She was one of the first Active Rainers to greet me when I joined in August of 2007.  Feel free to change those words around and use them yourself.  As far as I know... nobody in Cleveland uses anything like them.  thanks for your kind words.  Take care...

Mary:  Thanks for your kind words... and yes... this is attracting lots of attention.  By the way... I google-mapped your Red Feather Lakes area... and it looks just great from the satellite.  Great looking golf course, too.  Is it at a higher elevation than Denver.  I went to Denver last year... and had some breathing troubles... thin air and all.  But... it looks lovely.  Thanks for visiting my blog post... hope to see more of you...

Hi Karen Anne , Yes Red Feather is quite a bit higher- around 8400 feet in elevation and Denver is at 5280!!  If you ever want to come though, I'll take you to the oxygen bar ! Thanks for looking us up!   I thought I had subscribed to your blog - but today, it doesn't look like I did! I will remedy that :-)
