Market Snapshot

I'm wondering if anyone has some scripts to use for calling sphere of influence and introducing them to the Market Snapshot? I just started using the product and would like to sign people up for it, but I need their emails. So, what do you suggest to say to them?

Also, is anyone using and having success with Market Builder?
