William - I just celebrated my 34th anniversary this past weekend with "Mr. Fred!" We had coffee and Cheerios breakfast-in-bed, watched the Indy 500 (we both rooted for Danica Patrick but for different reasons), and gave the two dogs flea baths. But I wouldn't have had it any other way. My husband is still my best friend and supporter. On our anniversary, he thanked my for thirty wonderful years. I'm just wondering if we both are not counting the same four . . .

Bill, I have heard that very sentiment before, but there is a forth ring...how about the catering.
My husband and I celebrated our fifteenth anniversary yesterday, the same day that the California Supreme Court upheld Proposition 8. Fortunately, they ruled that the 18,000 gay couples who had married in California from June through November were legally married and would stay legally married. Jim and I got married on October 30, 2008 (having registered as Domestic Partners on July 31, 2004). So we're still legally married! Yahoooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
I'm pretty fond of marriage as well, and at the moment, I am on the finale ring of my circus.
Russel told me to come by and tell you that we have thoroughly enjoyed our seven months of marriage even though we've been together for 15 years. We would have gotten married 14 years ago if we had been allowed to.
