Parallel Mortgage Corp is located in East Brunswick, NJ which is fastly growing with a very experienced staff and is also extremely profitable. We are looking for telemarketers who are well spoken individuals and being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, for cold call telemarketing which lists will be provided to telemarketers from Mortgage Company.
Telemarketer must be motivated, energetic, well spoken, and not afraid of rejection.
Telemarketers must be able to work M-Th 6-8:30, which those days are flexible.
Telemarketer will be required per 2.5 hour shift to call a 100+ lead list per shift and get basic information from lead called. A script will be provided depending on the type of lead provided and info will be taken on a short application which will be provided by us.
Telemarketer will either transfer live lead to a loan officer that will be on duty for the 6-8:30 shifts or give the short application info at the end of the call to the loan officer on duty.
Depending on experience the compensation will be $7.00 to $10.00 per hour and paid by 1099.
Bonuses from $200.00 to $500.00 will be paid to individual telemarketer for each loan closed which depends on the loan amount and total revenue of each closed loan.
Depending on how many loans closed, each telemarketer can make anywhere from $50.00 to $150.00 per hour which includes hourly pay of $7.00 to $10.00 per hour and bonuses combined from the loans closed by loan officer.
This is a win/win job for everyone and if telemarketer succeeds, a promotion to a loan officer position will be offered to anyone serious and successful
