It looks like RaceTrac Petroleum is breaking ground at the corner of Hames Road and Highway 92 in Woodstock GA. Although Willow Creek residents might not have as far to go to get gas, I'm concerned about the potential for increased noise and traffic through the neighborhood that this is bound to bring. Does anyone have any ideas about how to mitigate against these risks? Also, RaceTrac is trying to sell off a +/- 1.73 acre parcel adjacent to the site they are developing; the parcel is just south of their corner lot.
