Owners ask me this all the time. How long does it take to rent out a property? I started advertising a property last Thursday and today (one week later) I am moving tenants in. I cannot change the location therefore; my variables are property conditions and price.
I ask myself these questions:
- Is the rental price competitive?
- Is the property rent ready?
If my answers are Yes then even in this slow economy we are quickly renting out property!
