Working as a Property Manager for around 2 years now, Yardi has been the system which I have come to love. Appfolio is going to be HomePointe's new operating system. Having a web based system is going to be very nice, and staying up to date will be a lot easier. Let me know if you have been using this system and your thoughts. Give me some tips to make this a smooth transition.
