As I see it. . . . . . . .

Soar with the eagles.  

Eagles come in difference shapes and sizes, the grandest of the eagles soar above the rest.  

Smaller eagles as they begin to developing fly at the same heights in their comfort zone. 

As an eagle develops they move out of their zone and begin to soar with attitude. As the strength of their attitude increases the eagle begin to soars at the highest levels.

  The air will lift our winds and our attitude with determines our height.   

To soar with the eagles at great heights we have to lift our attitude to match the height that we intend to soar at.  

Only the strongest of the eagles are able to soar at the heights of the clouds   

As our attitude lifts us; we will find ourselves in the rare air soaring with the strongest of the eagles.
