What I'm finding out there is that most people would rather be emailed, texted, or just be contacted in ways other than a telephone call. Apparently, It is easier to say yes, no, or I do not want to speak to you right now. Customers want immediate response via texting or email. It's a fast changing world out there and you have to keep up. The PDA phone is the way to go. Anyone else out there feeling the same?
