GAB, Even the experts are having problems determining what do do first. I had to appear in front of a HOA to give my thoughts about an automatic 10% increase each year in their fees.

Hi Gabrielle, just got back from 2 wk vacation and haven't had a chance to do a lot of commenting. Interesting article about the "7 cent mistake". It seems like the banks need to do more to help keep people in their homes. Hope all is well.
