- Work Expired listing or those about to expire daily, in your farm.
- Mail to absentee owners quarterly to buy, sell or trade their investments.
- Warm call around your listings and sales.
- Cold call one hour each day.
- Pass out business cards everywhere you go.
- Network constantly with CPA's Loan Officers,friends and family for referrals.
- Hold a free information seminar.
- Work open house's and use a guest book for future leads.
- Vista one for sale by owner per week.
- Contact probate attorney for listing on estate sales (they are in the newspaper).
- Be consistent with your farming efforts, the time invested will be repaid, in listing sold and buyers that wish to buy.
Farming takes planning, every month try to select a new and interest piece of communication in which to give the people in your farm. It helps if you deliver this information either in person or by mail. I also recommend farming the leads that you get from your open houses, off the Internet from your pass clients etc. Now go out and plant some seeds.
