What is going to happen when the first time home buyer gets a 1099 for the $8,000 ande has to pay tay on the credit. How happy do you think the buyer will bw at that point?

Not sure who told you that, but how could you get a 1099 for a Tax Credit? That would be like getting a 1099 for a Child Tax credit, doesnt make much sense.
