Finding the best deals for buyers is nothing new for me, but searching through over 100,000 listings currently for sale in the DFW Metro area will never happen. The Dallas list features the 10 best deals on Dallas New Homes and Condos. Specifically, the Phoenix Top Ten list market coverage includes Dallas, Hickory Creek, Prosper, Plano, McKinney, Highland Park and Addison.

When I say "deal", I mean an actual deal, not just a nice listing you have. I want listings that are priced well and ready to sell. Maybe it's priced below comps, priced below tax value, pre-foreclosure, or just priced to sell, and sell fast! The focus is on New Homes and Condos
I'm looking for new, preowned, houses, condo, completely updated, or ready to be gutted. Anything that you think is a great "deal" and I'll try to include it.
