Over 3 years posting on Active Rain, Where has the time gone!

   Made my first post here in August of 2006.  Its hard to believe that is has been that long. I remember the guy that had 100,000 points at the time and rarely wrote a blog.  The point system was different and you got a lot by adding people to the site.

    Learned a lot of neat stuff and met a lot of agents. Some are still here and some are not. Many have gotten there own blogs. I started mine from being here. Began to take photography as a hobby to work inot my real estate. Great 3 years! and more. How long have you been blogging?

I have been here for just under a year.  So far it has been great for business and great for personal growth.  I have deals that I can trace directly to my efforts here and I have friends who I can say the same about.

Eric, I for one am glad your still here. I personally like your style. I have question myself over the last 12 months about my business model. I started posting about six months after you. We will see where this all leads. St Bernard and lakeview are areas that are calling.
