Lynn & Danny Gammill have finally opened Bottom Dollar, a resale and thrift shop at 751 N. Britain Rd. in Irving Texas. They have a wide assortment of items for sale, including clothing, jewelry, knickknacks, art, rugs, furniture, electronics, exercise equipment and so much more.
This event has been years in the making. Lynn and Danny help clean up after estate sales. They have been warehousing unwanted merchandise for a long time and planned on opening in one location, only to have to move to their current site.
There are bargains galore in this huge store, and the owners are willing to negotiate if you don't like the prices. Bottom Dollar will be a fantastic resource for stagers with clients who don't want to rent a houseful of furniture, or who only need a few accent pieces that the stagers don't currently have in their own warehouse. My sellers at 3431 Cloverdale, Farmers Branch Texas availed themselves of the selection at Bottom Dollar and created a warm, cozy feel to their vacant home. For pennies on the dollar over the cost of a 2 month rental agreement wiith a national furniture rental company, these sellers tastefully furnished the home. When the house sells, the items will be returned to Bottom Dollar for Lynn and Danny to resell to other customers.
