Hernando MS saw a decrease in the number of homes sold for the month of August at 27 residential sales.  The average sales price was $154,535 and the average days on the market was 181.

Of the 27 sales in Hernando MS in August, 30% were foreclosures.

There is a 9.3 month supply of housing inventory in Hernando.  The number of active listings which are foreclosures represent 5.2% of the housing inventory.
