Cheap, cheap, cheap.  Easy to rent and just needs a little lovin'!  Minutes to uptown Charlotte in an improving area of town.

OK Leigh what is wrong with it.  Three bedrooms and 1232 sq. ft. for $65,000 it must need more than a little lovin, because that is a great price!!!

Truly, it's not in that bad of condition.  It's just in a neighborhood that hasn't yet reached its full potential. =)

I use to live in the Stonington Condos on Stonington Lane for close to 15 years, the entire place is horrible, the place was not built good at begin with and was increasingly falling apart. The buildings almost all of the 80 or so have been infested with termites. Not to mention the day care center bordering the left side of the property on the front two parking lots, talk about noise. There is also a bit of woods on each side of the Condos which at first seems good, but there are trails leading to Albemarle Road. Which is constantly used by criminals and drugs dealers as easy access, and escape from the police, the property is over and over again broken into, or vandalized, cars the same. the police do nothing really accept make reports, not to mention that right up the road is the Sandlewood apartments which is a high drug and gang territory. Like I said I  lived there for 15 years, the Home Owners Association is worthless if it even has any members left they told us forever that something was going to be done, but it never was, this neighborhood was once beautiful, almost like a little village in Europe, not so anymore though.

Former resident, I wish that the VA apprasier who killed this deal would read your comment. I had to fire this listing because the VA appraiser said the neighborhood is fine...
