This is an example of our yard signs without a picture. it has taken me a while to get it settled so now I need to have it proffessionaly created you can only do so much in publisher and power point! I am happy so far with it. I have copyrighted our slogan many years ago and will be working on doing the same for the rest of the sign. It seems to be a good luck . Let me know what you all think. Eric what is the size of the sign and what type of stake do you plan on using?
I like the slogan - not sure I'd also put the tiny house pic in it ... and are you putting individual agent's names on these, or with a rider, etc. . . . lastly the colors resemble ReMax, could be possible to mistake the company? Chris and Stephanie Somers (Philadelphia Realtors) wrote a post on the same (colors) and gave an example of an agents sign. It was interesting. You should check it out.
I like it. I like the 'A House Logo" I like the colors. Re/Max dosn't have the corner on Red, white and blue I wouldnt sweat that too much. My concern is the same as frank....what type of steak do you plan on using. They WILL make a huge diference in the marketing of your company. I suggest white vinyl covered post style. Not the metal push em in the ground ones. They cost more but in the long run...worth it. You could even be the company that uses RED posts. I dont think anyone is doing that. Hey...Red Post, must be Associates in Real Estate! Just like when you see the yellow or grey posts...you know whoses they are. White....everyone is usiong white. Stand out, Stand up and Be Noticed. Wow that was a mouthfull. Thats just my opinion.
I might make the top stand out more....the name of the company. Have the background for that in red instead of the phone number? if they are interested in the house, they will see the phone number, but someone just driving by will be better able to remember the name of your company?
I have my frames from previous signs that are 18 by 24 black powder coated. I like the red frame idea I absolutely hate just having stakes as I feel they look cheap. I sell my self as a high end technology realtor and company so I want to use the best looking equipment.
I also have an agent picture sign that I will post today let me know your feelings on it please
