not a blue moon or blue spoon.... looking thru the window ...is it the top of a sports arena? you are in a penthouse apartment looking down on a Sports arena...or coliseum???

Interesting - I just can't figure out what the stripe is down the middle.  Is it peering into the lens of another camera?  That's a "window" right?

Liz - That's a grogeous looking structure.  It may be a stadium, but it could be a lot of things. . .I'd describe the color as "electric blue."
