River View, Lake View homes for sale and no pictures?

River view, lake view homes and then no pictures of the lake or the river in the listing?  What in the world.  If buyers are looking for lake view property, and the isting has Lake view listed, but no picture of the view you will lose that buyer.  TAKE THE PICTURE.  I have a buyer in from out of state and they want a lake view or river view property.  We are geting a number of listings and I am so surprised at how many of these listings do not have picture of the views they say the property has.  The view is the main reason my client wants the property.

Buyers do their preliminary shopping on the internet, and if you have no pictures to grab them then you've lost them.  Drive out, take the picture and then post it....even better use a video or virtual tours.  Get the buyer to want to see the property.

Looking to sell or buy lake front property in TN, then give us a call at 615-406-2184.

Yep. If you're going to talk about that great view or special room, you better make sure buyers can SEE it!

It matters to us as much as it matters to you.

There is nothing more frustrating than the photo not taken.

That's kind of a no brainer. In my opinion all listings should have lots of pictures.
