Broker Bryant counteroffers...just for you CaliGal!

OK CaliGal, this is my meager attempt to put a smile on your face today. For those who don't know CaliGal, she is one of my Sellers and we have been working together to try and get HER HOUSE sold in Poinciana Fl. Unfortunately, we just keep getting one bad offer after another and yesterday's was no exception. I wrote about it here.

Anyway, we do things a little differently at Tutas Towne Realty so...well....just click on the video below and it will explain things further.

Actually, I prefer my Stevens side-by-side sawed-off 12 gauge splatter gun.  Great for skeet shooting......or for when you just want to "get-around" and "share the love".

I am so glad that everyone got as big a laugh as Mr. Caligal and I have. I played it for some of my family and they could not stop laughing!

You and TLW turned a very difficult day into a good day for us....It was so great to hear Mr. Caligal laugh (not something I hear very often) Thank you both!

PS - TLW.....I will be there end of July and can't wait to going shooting with you....(oh yeah, I put the boots away for now!)

Thank you for not only being my Broker, but for truly being my friend....real estate is hard and our situation is made more difficult because we have been separted for nine months now...so I really appreciate you giving us a laugh....
