Leigh, that is a great looking house.  Some like that would probably sell for at least $150,000 more up here.

This is a lovely home, and would certainly be more expensive here. Is it a bargain for Charlotte, NC also? I love the use of moulding and the custom paint. Very nice.

It's vflyer, I'm in love with their widgets.  It's actually quite well priced.  To get granite and such at this price is very rare.  It's also in a solid area for investors, would be a good rental house.
