Market Snapshot -- Monday, October 26, 2009 -- from Flagstaff AZ

By
Industry Observer with Retired from RE/MAX Peak Properties

Happy Monday in Flagstaff real estate -- unfortunately, the phones were quiet over the weekend! Was that because of NAU's homecoming, or the first sign of a winter slow down?

Here's my take on last Friday's press release from the National Association of Realtors® on September sales.

And, here's what happened Monday in Northern Arizona real estate:

24-Hour Market Watch
New Listings 5
Back on Market 5
Price Increases 1
Price Reductions 18
Contingents 7
Pendings 4
Solds 3
Expireds 2
Inactives 3

Information in the chart is complied by and based upon multiple-listing-service data from the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors® and is deemed reliable for sales reported to the association, but is not guaranteed and does not include all sales in the market area. This information covers all areas of Northern Arizona including Flagstaff, Parks, Williams, Winslow, Ashfork, Munds Park, Sedona and others.
