I've had a few buyers this week get stuck in multi offer situations and really hoping the activity stays. We will see what happens with the tax credit, but at the same time, want to see people who don't need or want to have a chance to get a home also.

Fantastic photos Tom!  Multiple offers are very common here. The trick is to find a back up property in case the buyer I have need one.  The multiple offers do have a graw back- appraisals on conventional loans are throwing several of them back on the market.

I have got to believe you get plenty of offers at one time; the time you put into a transaction has sure changed since a few years ago hasn't it?
