We are bringing in new buyers. I work with a lot of buyers and it has motivated them to buy. It has helped keep the prices from declining more.

Now I am following up with more people and they are now motivated to buy soon because of the tax credit.

The credit gives buyers confidence...getting them off the fence.  If you keep them on the fence the prices would go down more. Hurting the economy and every home owner more.

NEVER has any manipulated market not suffered after the effects wear off. It is estimated this boondoggle will cost a billion dollars a month. Sine the government expects each $4500 given on the Cash for Clunkers program to cost taxpayers $28,000, how much can we expect this rediculous program cost? The credit should be repealed - it is nothing but a vote buying ploy of the democrats. CNBC is a mouthpiece of obama.

Hey obama - how about $10,000 for my new boat? Sounds no more stupid than the two programs mentioned above.

I like the additional business, but i think the credit is a waste of taxpayer dollars . . . along with cash for clunkers and casino dollars for Banksters.

If everyone circulates the money they have that is what helps the economy.  So you can rip anyone if your not someone you circulates the money in this economy.
