We looked at how people move around the Island Area, and we realized that trading properties can work out well for our clients and agents in the area.
We will email you a list of properties that wish to trade property! This allows you to research and review the trades that are currently available. At anytime you may add your property to the list by emailing us your information. As this list grows you may find the perfect trade. We have agents and sellers adding properties all the time.
Our information includes location, price and specific information about the property, and offers ideas as to the replacement property they are looking for. Once you find one that matches, simply email us.
Whether it is within the same neighborhood or across the country, one common characteristic is that one of the trades is a Hilton Head Area Property. We post homes, villas, lots and commercial properties on this list(locations include Bluffton, Hilton Head, and Daufuskie Island.)
Here is how a trade works:
1. Email us and let us know what you are looking for and what property you currently own. We will post your property on the list.
2. When we find an exchange match, we will send out information to you.
3. Trading saves money and time.
Here are just a few of properties that are up for trading. Please call or e-mail me even if you have a property that is not listed as their trade of choice. There is no commitment for an inquiry and quite possibly we can learn more about what you are looking for or want to achieve. In 2008 we had several owners like you make a trade. Trades really are quite easy and make sense!

1. I have a 5 Bedroom Waterfront Home ($1.895) do you have a Oceanfront Condo ($1,000,000) that you would like to trade? or a commercial property somewhere in the Southeast?
2. I have a 2 Bedroom Golf Course Palmetto Dunes(PD) Villa($397) do you have a 3 bedroom villa/house in Palmetto Dunes (<$650) that you would like to trade?
3. I have a combination of properties including a home and villa(approx $850) do you have a 3+ oceanfront or marshfront home (<$1.2) that you would like to trade?
4. I have a great 4 bedroom Palmetto Dunes hall home on lagoon ($949) do you have a lot (<$400) or a smaller home (<$700) that you would like to trade?
5. I have a Palmetto Hall Lot ($389) do you have a Villa or home (equal or lesser value) that you would like to trade?
6. I have a 4 bedroom Palmetto Hall Home ($549) do you have a Preserve Villa (<$350) that you would like to trade?
7. I have a home site in Palmetto Dunes that is exceptional ($799) do you have a villa or home for trade under $400 that you would like to trade?
8. I have a deepwater lot with private dock ($995) do you have a Oceanfront Condo of equal or lesser value that you would like to trade?
9. I have a 4 bedroom villa ($719) do you have waterfront lot in Windmill Harbour of equal or lower value you would like to trade?
