The house is priced very well for the area and it has been showing lots. Feedback, I have been receiving has been positive. Owner is a doll to work with, and based on the feedback is doing some work on the property. Planning to hold an open house as soon as the work is complete. Just waiting for the right buyer to see it. Timing is everything.
