The chart is a reflection of the new homes and condominiums sold in the Town of Franklin, Ma. from January of 2009 to November 18, 2009.

RE/MAX Executive Realty leads the way with 22 sides and ten million dollars of sales volume.

Century 21 Commonwealth, Bridge Real Estate, Costello Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Franklin all have production within the same range of dollar volume and the number of transactions and sides.

The year 2009 has been a productive year for new construction in the Town of Franklin, Ma. and The Todaro Team of RE/MAX Executive Realty are the main contributors to that market share.
