Providing Top Notch Service/Salem, Or

By
Real Estate Agent with The Sparkman Team at Coldwell Banker Mtn West Real Estate

As I meet with potential clients, I ask three simple questions:

1. What do you hope to get out of me as your Realtor?

2. What do you hope to get out of this transaction?

3. What are your interests/ family interests?

Why do I ask what my potential client's interests' are? Simply put, I would like to know them on a personal level as well as a business level. Sure, I like to receiving referrals from friends and family but more importantly it is all about the client. The homebuying and selling process is a difficult one, and if I can minimize stress levels than I Provided Top Notch Service.

Providing Top Notch Service is our responsibility to our clients, and we should never lose sight of the big picture.

Jim -

Top notch service is critical in this industry. I used the wow factor each and every time. I try to create a relationship with each client that is deep and meaningful. My philosophy is simple, if they invite you over for dinner in their new home and bring some of their friends to share with you, then you have delivered top notch service.

Nice post Jim! Keep them coming.
