FRAUD ALERT!

Thanks for posting! He resurfaced in Southern CA! Here is the letter and his contact information!!! Apparently, he wanted a lawyer to represent him.  His postal address is in Japan but his last name is Chinese and he sent me a bank statement with proof of funds from Canada saying the funds were in USD! This guy must have a lot of time on his hands!

The scam continues.  Now under the name of Otsuka Masaya of Tokyo who claims to have made payments for real estate near Cancun with check # 216993 drawn on the Bank of Yokohama (BOY) to none other than your friend Yang Hua Lopez..

The statement from BOY is almost identical to the statement on Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce letterhead (CIBC) issued for Seichiro Matsubayasti to realtors in Sarasota, florida in mid-2010. It is a copy.  The check to Lopez is the same number and amount.  The same error in calculating the balance appears.  Only the bank name, address, address of account and phone number have changed.
