This home has 3170 square feet of living space. This beauty, and If you like nice woodwork you will know what I mean by beauty, is WAY DOWN from its original price of $729,000. OUCH! This one is out in the country with wonderful oaks and rolling hills.

This month Plymouth’s least expensive listing is a 5 years new, 960 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath manufactured home in Plymouth Mobile Home Park offered at $68,500 and $ 240 per month space rent.

This month the “highest priced listing” in the area is the two bedroom two bath 1900 square foot home on 12.5 acres, 6 acres in grapes many olive trees and a great garden with a Patanque court. The asking price for this one is $1,750,000.

As far as price per Square foot goes, If we drop the manufactured home without land, and the homes on big ranches and vineyards, because they "upset the apple cart," the spread of prices goes from $ 117.57 up to $319.26 per square foot. But in Plymouth, like the rest of the area, homes in the foothills are each so different that comparing them this way is clumsy at best.

Looking at the last month’s rate of sales, Plymouth has 18 months of inventory, Buy stats like that don’t mean much, If one more property had sold that number would have been less than 9 months.
