The MSN Real Estate Section has posted their top 5 Real Estate Markets for price appreciation in 2010 Leading the way Tacoma Washington with a projected 2.44% price increase in 2010. Number 5 on the list was Seattle Washington with a negative -.50 projected price drop. Not looking so hot for the rest of the country.
Tacoma has not been hit as hard as a lot of the country during this economic crunch. While by no means a sexy city with lots of gitz and flair. Tacoma is a hard working city with a lot of international trade business and a very large military presence.
