What's up with the chinese drywall around there. I had never heard of an issue until I started looking at all the foreclosures down around your area?

Dean, the reason you see a lot of Chinese Defective Drywall in FL, AZ, and CA is because those three states had the biggest building spurt between 2001-2007 . (that is when CDW is thought to be most prevalent). A lot of new construction during that time?
