Can you believe we are half way through July already. It seems like I just finished the June wrap up. I wanted to bring you up to date on where we currently stand for Madison County real estate. So now I will bring you another snapshot of how our market is doing as of today. First here are the number of houses that are under contract and working towards closing. I also have the numbers of houses sold and closed already for the month of June.
