Interestingly the average for single family and condominium combined is lower than for single family. That is very different than some parts of Central Ohio...

Hilliard homes for sale - neighborhoods
This is the part of the market report where I should be talking about what neighborhoods in the Hilliard schools have inventory or had sales in the previous months.... I try to break it out by City of Hilliard neighborhoods, City of Columbus neighborhoods... neighborhoods in unincorporated areas... This market report should have been posted on Thursday. It gets harder and harder to do that part of the report the further it gets into the next month... and I either get busy or lose interest. I do the reports in roughly the same order each month too...
With 21.4 months of inventory I could guess... or maybe I did do neighborhoods last month... and if I guess the large neighborhoods that had inventory at the end of December when there was 7.7 months of inventory...
Last month I said of neighborhoods:
"Neighborhoods in Hilliard Schools with homes for sale or sold in December 2009 include Ballantrae, Brookfield Village, Cross Creek,Heritage Lakes, Hilliard Green, Lakewood, Ridgewood, Scioto Woods, Villages at Ballantrae, Westbrooke, Westpoint and others.
The Hilliard school neighborhoods are in the City of Hilliard, City of Columbus, City of Dublin or unincorporated areas (townships.) The school district boundaries were in place before much of the area was annexed to cities and developed."
To lazy to worry about townships in January. Is there three times as much inventory in some neighborhoods and price ranges. I was surprised last night not to find more Hilliard inventory for a consumer in her price range.
Not sure if I can even do Gahanna and New Albany (traditionally my last two in the series) this month...
