Hey fellow Realtors. I have read nothing but bad things about Greentree Financial. I have a friend that needs to do a short sale on his home and Greentree Financial has the second. In doing my due-dilligence on the company I am hearing that they will not accept less than 10% of the PURCHASE PRICE!! No not the loan balance but the PURCHASE PRICE. If you have had any dealings or have any advice I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
