WOW, what a tough few years.. Buyers are still very picky and want everything for a steal..BUT, the good ones that are priced right still SELL. Buyers, dont out smart yourself and lose a very good deal over a few thousand dollars.. If it has the location, size, condition and price, ( jump on it).
Sellers, the market has picked up a bit, but after having 5 good showings where you and your realtor would swear someone is writing an offer---( happens to me all the time) and they dont!!!!!
its frustrating>>> be persistant, keep in touch with buyers and the Realtors... they may need to look for another month, but to your pleasant suprise,PULL the trigger and buy your place.
We still need to unload all the foreclosures and short sales.. *** banks are getting better at selling short sales... in my opinion... not all banks..
Look how many Banks go bye bye.. they deserve it!!!! thats another blog...
