For Online Marketing, Bye Bye Yahoo

By

I just wanted to let everyone know I am not doing business with Yahoo Pay-per-Click anymore.  The reason is they will not let my site be completely omitted from there partner sites.  As most of you know, over 25% of Search Marketing Clicks are fraudulent.  Webmasters create B.S. sites so they can offer pay-per-click customers links and then click them themselves or pay companies in India to do it for them.  This is very profitable for any scam artist.  I use stat-counter to see where every click comes from.  When a high volume of pay per click activity started coming in from Sri-Lanka and India, that only means one thing folks.  How many people from these countries are actually interested in the services I offer?  Probably not many.  After 8 emails to Yahoo, they told me it is out of there hands and they will do nothing to stop it from happening again.  Google on the other hand refunds me money every time I show them fraudulent clicks.  And you can 100% opt out of any of the bogus Adsense sites they offer.  They also have much better technology to prevent Click Fraud than Yahoo does.  I just want everyone to know who currently uses Yahoo to watch out.  I don't trust them and you should be careful.  Know where your clicks are coming from!

Hi Jennifer,

Pay per click was the biggest mistake I did in 2006 and never again will I ever make such a mistake again.  What a waste of money.  GOOGLE is way better than yahoo.  I am sorry that you had to deal with there BS.

Yahoo is not the way to go. The customer service stinks at Yahoo. You get a much better return from google and has a lot more control over your clicks. Yahoo will call you again for you to sign up. They have no clue

Google is way better at the PPC campaign.  More informative and the analytics are great.  Yahoo is so 90's (wow, did I just say that).  They can't keep up.  Google comes out with something new all the time and keeps growing and will continue to grow.
