What time of the night or day do you seem to do your most creative thinking? Mine is around 3:30 or 4:00 a.m. Never fails. My brain travels about 100 mph from one topic to the next. Most of the time it begins with real estate and how I can improve my marketing methods and my service to my clients. Then it dives into more personal and family issues. Then onto global issues, yes I said global! All at once it is 6:00 a.m. and you wouldn't believe all the problems I've solved by that time. I feel I've really done well and then finally fall asleep. When I wake up, I really do implement some of my nightime ideas, but for the most part, many of those great ideas I had at 4 a.m., don't seem that great anymore. Anyone else ever experience this, or is it just me???
Sleeping is the thing I do the worst. I think RE does keep one awake at night. It is just a very stressful way to live. Sleep is so important so I think you should shift to other thoughts and go back to sleep.
Karen - I frequently have some moments of inspiration in the middle of the night and keep a pad by my bed for writing down my thoughts. Sometimes I do feel quite creative, but it does keep me from sleeping. I'd rather just turn off the brain at night.
I'm awake at 11:11, 12:12, 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44 and usually 5:55 too! Strange but true and it drives me crazy. Any number pros out there who would know what this means?
I'd like to turn off my brain....but easier said than done! Susan, wow, now your sleep pattern IS really interesting. You must be tired in the morning.
Karen - I'm wiped out! I wake only for an instant, see the clock and return to sleep but boy what I would give for a solid night's sleep.
Sounds like you are getting to much caffiene or something. Drink some cough syrup.
Susan, I probably sleep all the way through about once a year, but boy, is it every GREAT when I do!!
