Helen Ga Real Estate "Viewing Homes 101"

Whether you are lucky enough to be coming to northeast Georgia to look for a home or cabin in Helen, Sautee or surrounding areas, you will need to think about when you want to look.  If time is urgent, you have no choice, the right time is NOW.  If you can choose a time of year, the right time is still NOW.  At this time of year, the leaves are off many tees, you can see for miles around your chosen property and actually know what is beyond those trees.  You will be surprised sometimes pleasantly, sometimes not so pleasantly, but you will know what is there.  Another good thing is that the tax credits are still availble and you can still take advantage if you start now, but you do have to hurry.  Most lenders are asking for 45 days to close...think about it!!  That puts the deadline just around the corner.  I also am hearing PMI is going up.  So if you are thinking about looking, come on and lets get started.  Just give me an email, tell me what you are hoping to find and then lets talk soon about your second home, vacation cabin or investment property!
