Thanks for the post. This is one of the most beautiful towns I have ever visited. I have come to conclusion that too many people just don't know about it. My qusetion is it the town at capacity for further residential construction?

You mentioned before that Celebration has this small town feel to it. How many residents do you have?It does look very inviting.I enjoy the clear format you are presenting and specially that tall building in the center. I recall you mentioned that Lake Evalyn and its small community, is part of a bunch of villages which forms Celebration. I don't know that much about Celebration and am fascinated by small towns. Celebration stands out and I have driven all over Florida. I suspect you have quite a few lakes in the area.What is the price of a lot on Lake Evalyn?

William -- It is really a beautiful place.... Artisan Park was the last residential building area of Celebration. Right now there are two condo hotels under construction along with a commercial area.

Lloyd -- Lake Evalyn is completely built out, there are no lots available. Currently there is one home for Sale in Lake Evalyn on Wisteria Lane... Lake Evalyn is one of the villages in Celebration, Artisan Park is another along with Aquilla, North, South, East and West Villages...
