Staging???? I am having problems with my seller just cleaning up!!! Really... this is true.  When I listed it was clean, now a days it is not.

Feel free to go to my website and show them some pictures of "before and after".  It truly, truly helps sell the home faster and for more money.  People see a staged home as well kept not just removal of clutter but the mechanical systems, etc.  Let me know if you need help.  I tell them in this market, you MUST live in your "house" differently than you do your "home".  It is now a product they are marketing.  Noone wants to see someone else's stuff.
