Class offered in Utica to help first-time homebuyers

The HomeOwnership Center, 1611 Genesee St., offers educational classes to help prepare first-time homebuyers for the home-buying process.

The classes provide information about credit scores, the real estate market and all of the paperwork involved in the purchase process. The next class begins March 6th.
