Full Service Real Estate Firms" according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Home Buyer/Seller StudySM.
J.D. Power and Associates examined four factors in the home selling experience, including: agent; marketing;
office; and package of additional services. It is that superior satisfaction that also allowed Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC to
rank highest among real estate brands consumers would consider using in the future, according to TheWall Street Journal 2009
Residential Real Estate Study. Of those surveyed, 89 percent said that they
would consider using the company in the future.
This is a powerful statement for the Coldwell Banker brand.
