HUD Foreclosures
Has anyone dealt with making HUD offers on homes? I had my first offer yesterday. It seemed too easy in some ways. Is HUD difficult to deal with? We usually do not get many HUD foreclosures in our area around Lake Oconee. It's nice that you get the full commission, rather than having to split it with anyone. It's nice that they have an inspection report done and ready for the buyer, which saves about $300 for the buyer. Foreclosures around the Lake Oconee market previously were unusual, but now they are predominantly searched for just like everywhere.
