I got to start off the day today on a good foot. My daughter's teeth are coming in and she had a difficult time sleeping last night. I woke up early and decided to give mom a break and take her for a walk in the stroller. With the cool temperature (compared to mid-day), sunrise and week starting...Hailey and I were off!
We are in a new development. The walk gave me an opportunity to see the new homes that are going up in the neighborhood and an opportunity for Hailey and I to meet some of the new people in the neighborhood. For some reason, there simply seems to be good people that are out at 6 in the morning...There's definately a direct coorelation :)
I learned that a few streets over is home with a "Lease Option." I think it's interesting to see the things that homeowners and investors are doing in such a market to entice people to their property by creating what I refer to as "solution bridges" for potential homebuyers...especially First Time Home Buyers.
Thanks to Hailey, I think I'm going to start off my days with walking her for now on.
After a good hour walk, I'm ready to start my day and Hailey is sleeping like a baby...Literally :)
