So, here in beautiful Franklin, NC we have sold just two more properties than last month. The average price jumped up. Days on the market has dropped significantly. Percentage of list vs sold price dropped 2.34% so people are taking still less, probably just to be rid of the property. I know I am ready for a change. Spring is here and our market is starting early this year. I know its got me hopping.
