Village Green Condominiums are located at 1003 Cape Cod Road, Stowe, Vermont. This condo development is well located just off the Mountain Road. It is next to the Stowe Golf Course and Country Club, the Stoweflake Inn, and the Stowe Recreation Path. Stowe Mountain Ski Resort is just about 10 minutes away. The quintessential Stowe Village area is approximately 5 minutes away.
Village Green Development:
Village Green was developed on approximately 40 acres. There are 14 buildings and the Clubhouse. There are a total of 73 Condominium Units. They were built between the years 1980 and 1988. Most of the condos have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on two levels and 1150 square feet. The end units have 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with loft on upper level) and two bathrooms and 1350 square feet. They are all fully furnished with appliances, furniture, linens, cookware and dinnerware. Each unit has a propane fireplace. Village Green Condos were designed to rent.
Village Green Ownership: 
The majority of condos are available for full ownership. Some are available for Quartershare ownership. With the quartershare program, the owner is deeded ¼ ownership - basically, every 4th week of the year. They are on a rotation basis so that the vacation weeks (Christmas, New Years, July 4th) are evenly distributed amongst the owners. Village Green also belongs to the RCI International Exchange Program.
Village Green Amenities:
Village Green offers many amenities for owners and renters. They include an indoor pool, outdoor in-ground pool, and tennis courts. The Clubhouse has a front desk, game room, common laundry facilities, Finnish sauna and a whirlpool spa. There is on-site management and it is on the shuttle bus route. The monthly association fees for full ownership range between $863 and $928. These fees include use of the amenities, building maintenance, snow removal, all exterior upkeep, trash removal, master insurance, heat, electric, sewer, water and trash removal. Full owners are responsible for property taxes and any additional insurance. Quartershare owner fees are approximately $384 a month and include all the above plus property taxes. Village Green also has an in house rental management program.
