Westside Vancouver Detached Market Update March 23 - March 30
New detached listing supply on the Westside remained fairly stable with 81 new detached listings across the Westside neighbourhoods (compared to similar listing totals over the previous two weeks). Marpole posted strong supply numbers this past week with 11 new detached listings, well Dunbar and Cambie continued to also demonstrate strong supply figures with 7 new listings in each neighbourhood.Please click HERE for the full article.
Westside Vancouver Attached Market Update March 23 - March 30
Confirmed sales volume continued to demonstrate positive trending with 63 attached sales on the Westside neighbourhoods (up from 57 in the previous period). The Westside continued to represent a majority of sales across Vancouver West with 63 of 118 confirmed sales or roughly 53% of overall sales volume falling on the Westside. Despite posting stronger market conditions then the downtown neighbourhoods, the Westside remained a bit unstable with 129 new attached listings to 63 confirmed attached transcations; or roughly a 49% saturation rate. .Please click HERE for the full article.
